I’ve been through a asurint dispute myself, and it was such a hassle. They reported some outdated information on my background check, and even though I filed a dispute, I ended up with the dispute resolved without correcting the error. It was like they just brushed it off, even though the mistake was obvious. I kept sending documentation, but they didn’t make any changes. I reached out multiple times, but it felt like the process was just dragging. Eventually, I had to escalate it and got legal help. I’d recommend keeping a detailed paper trail, because they’re slow to respond and don’t always fix things the first time around. Anyone else have a similar experience?
