Professional Information
Tim Weesner was promoted to Director of Sports Medicine for Olympic Sports and has worked full-time with Iowa State Sports Medicine and Cyclone Athletics since the Fall of 2008. He currently provides athletic training services to the Iowa State Wrestling team. He has previously worked with several Iowa State teams including Women's Soccer, Men's & Women's Track and Field & Cross Country as well as providing oversight to graduate students with Softball, Tennis and the Spirit Squads.
Tim is also a graduate lecturer in Iowa State's Masters of Athletic Training program where he currently teaches ATr 5050 - Therapeutic Modalities and Clinical Interventions. Tim has been a lecturer in the AT Program since 2008.
