Family & Other Activities
I am getting married in June!! My fiancé, Josh, and I are getting ready to move into a house around the time of our wedding. I love staying active and can often be found running around Ames or looking for any excuse to be outside. I love to cook, workout, try new restaurants, spend time with my family and cheer on the Cyclones!

I am passionate about helping student-athletes take their performance one step further and meet their goals through nutrition. It is so rewarding to get to help student-athletes learn important life skills when it comes to fueling their bodies for their specific type of training as well as for life beyond sport.
