Professional Information
Joe began working with Iowa State Athletics in March 2026. He serves as the assistant dietitian for football and primary dietitian for softball, tennis and M/W golf teams alongside managing the nutrition department's undergraduate workforce. On a daily basis, Joe balances time working one-on-one with student athletes to build strong nutrition habits and working collaboratively to provide quality food-service and performance support.
