Professional Information
​
Hayley Agarwal joined Iowa State University Athletics in January 2026 as a Mental Health Clinical Therapist. She provides mental health care and mental performance support for student-athletes, and offers consultation, education, and resource coordination for athletic teams, coaches, and staff.
Prior to Iowa State, Hayley worked in private practice and community mental health in Washington, providing therapy to individuals across the lifespan and diverse cultural backgrounds. Her clinical practicum and internship were completed in Ohio in a K-8th grade school-based setting. She also completed a four-year internship of mental performance work with Bowling Green State University Athletics, supporting Division I Teams and individual student-athletes. In addition to her clinical and performance work, Hayley brings over 15 years of experience assistant teaching Irish Dance, coaching dancers from community performances to international competitions, including the World Championships.
