Family & Other Activities

My husband and I live in the tiny town of Radcliffe, Iowa with our three boys, ages 12, 9 and almost 2. We are involved in many activities including my children’s sports (football, baseball, basketball) as well as adult league sports including, softball, volleyball and golf. We also enjoy attending sporting events and love watching the Cyclones succeed!

I am very passionate about nutrition and this carries over into my personal life as I enjoy anything and everything food! I enjoy cooking at home and trying new recipes that are both delicious and healthy, as well as going out and trying new restaurants.
